The Cognitive Challenge
Four short parts — Memory, Focus, Attention span, and Recall. About 5–6 minutes.
Step 2 of 2 — How it works
- Memory — spot the pictures you've seen before. A few will look similar to an earlier one
without being identical, so look closely.
- Focus — respond quickly to a fast stream of numbers, except one. A few slower practice reps come first.
- Attention span — repeat back number sequences, which get one digit longer each round, ending the moment you get one wrong.
- Recall — remember a short list of pictures after a quick distraction.
